Absolutely! We have more than enoguh tables and chairs for 50 guests. We also set it up for you so when you arrive all you have to worry about is bringing your things inside and start making the space yours.
For a birthday child, some guests have rented their own children tables and chairs. We welcome all outside vendors.

Yes! We have an iPad that’s attached to the wall that has Apple Music and Spotify (both subscriptions), and you can play anything you’d like from our two sound options.
We have a Bose sound dock that fills the room with sound and a sound bar as well.
Connect from your own device or use ours! Some guests just airdrop their favorite playlist right to the iPad.

We have complimentary on-site parking that can fit up to 30 vehicles. Park and walk right in!
This allows you to bring in your fun activities without worrying about going up a flight of stairs or blocking traffic.

The space is available as early as 7 am and as late as 9 pm. In certain scenarios, we are ok with doing 10 pm at an added cost. This time is when the space must be vacated and not when your event ends.
The perfect venue when your party includes ending around 8pm or so. Consider us when you dont want to do all the work of hosting at home, an intimate event space is a great place to host your next birthday party!

Our policy is that beer and wine are fine. Keep in mind that we are a family-oriented space, and we do not host wild-style events.
If you are serving hard liquor, we ask that you hire a licensed and insured bartender or mixologist.

Our most popular event rentals are a private party, bridal shower, baby shower and birthday party. The space is used for photo shoots, business meetings, workshops, classes, paint nights and pop up shops! Its truly multifunctional and event planners love that its a clean and white space!
We are not like the wonderfly arena, this is for more reserved and intimate celebrations. If you believe your birthday party is for party animals, maybe a different location is more suitable.
On Average, Our Guests Rent the event space For 7 Hours
Most people underestimate the time it takes to set up and decorate.
Below we provide a breakdown of the average time it takes to set up an event with an average timeline collected from hundreds of events. Please be aware that your setup and breakdown times should be included within your rental window.
You arrive and unload your vehicle (30 minutes)
You begin to set up and decorate (between 1 - 3 hours)
Your event begins and guests start to arrive (1 hour)
Guests have arrived and settled in, socialize, etc (1 hour)
Time to eat! (30 min- 1 hour)
Photos with guests, party favors, cake cutting, etc. Usually, around this time, the event comes to an end on the usual 4-hour event (1 hour)
Clean-up can be a lot smoother if some of your guests or loved ones help. (Between 30 minutes - 1 hour)
*Please keep in mind that setup time and break downtime should be calculated in the time you expect to be in the space.
