The main restroom has a tall standing mirror, a backdrop, and a baby changing table.
Separate Kitchen Space
Our kitchenette includes a full sized refrigerator, plenty of counter space and even a TV! This space was used for the children in the past.
On-site Parking
Park up to 30 vehicles in our lot and just walk right in! Its as easy as it gets!

Studio 87 started as a photo studio and then an intimate event space. We’ve hosted hundreds of events over the years so we have a process that allows for all types of rentals.
Not too big, not too small, just right for intimate gatherings of 50 people or less.
Things to consider when renting space
We’ve spoken to many congregations throughout the last 2 years and we’ve learned a lot through that process. Some small churches aren’t looking for a huge space that feels empty when their congregation isn’t so large.
Some need a space outside of their current spaces to host other types of gatherings. Some are using bridge spaces and need to change location so their congregation doesn’t have to travel so far. Some just need amenities so their guests are comfortable.
A lot of factors come into play when considering renting space.
Here are some questions that can help you identify what you’re needs may be:
How much space do you need when renting space?
Do you need meeting rooms?
Would you like it to be a lovely location? or does it matter?
Would you like natural light?
How often do you need to book space?
Do you need room for group activity?
Do you need a rental manager or remote access?
Is office space important to you?

Do you need a commercial kitchen? or can you simply bring in food?

Hours Of Operation
We are available for space rentals as early as 9am and as late as 9pm, 7 days a week!
9pm reflects the time all guests have to be vacated from the space.
